The house is situated in a setlement called " Kapetanaki metoxi" 4 km from Rodia and15 km from the city center and next to the most famous and clean beaches of Heraklion.
Consisted of three floors, with 4 bedrooms, 3 sittind rooms , fully equipted kitchen, 3 bathrooms, washmashine, air conditioners in all rooms and wifi.
As you enter the house you will be charmed from the magnificent views through the windows.
On the middle floor, where the main entrance is, there is an open plan space with sitting room, fire place for the winter months, dinning room, a mini wc and on the left a spacious kitchen with all the necesities to prepare your meals. Dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine are available between all the other.
The stair case will drive you to the floor above where 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom are situated with a panoramic breathtaking view to the sea and Heraklion town. There is a full bathroom with bath with all the necessities like hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body cream etc.
On the bottom floor, there is the last double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower for the convinience of our guests, of course outside the bedroom is a sitting area and the lawndry room.

The house is situated in a setlement called " Kapetanaki metoxi" 4 km from Rodia and 15 km from the city center and Heraklion International airport, next to the most famous and clean beaches of Heraklion with crystal waters, like Pantanasa ( 7 minutes by car), paleokastro ( 10 minutes), Lygaria beach(17 minutes) , Agia Pelagia (20 minutes) . Having young children? Then Heraklion long sundy beach in elinoperamata and amoudara is for you. Just 9 minutes by car. Supermarkets, cafes and tavernas are all over but the closest frm the house is in Rodia village nearby.
Live like a local, taste the traditional food in the nearby tavernas like the Cretans do.
