"The balcony was wonderful. It had lovely views! It was so big and with the walls the way they were you had no idea there was anyone around you, which is nice. Small issue about the balcony - the hurricane shutters were very difficult to open and close. The place was very clean. Overall it was very nice. The few negatives: the sheets and towels could be updated; there needs to be more light in living room; and the place had an unusual smell (It smelled stale. It may have been from the baseboard heat?)."
