Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Mallnitz Ort" 150 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Ski lift 3.8 km, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ankogel Mallnitz 3.8 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 23.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Een verouderde woning: krakende vloer en deuren van 1,80 hoog. Wel is de woning erg ruim en netjes! De ruime tuin om de woning vonden we erg prettig. De (veer)matrassen op de bedden zijn doorgezakt. Bijzonder prettige ontvangst en begeleiding door huiseigenaar ter plaatse!

Betreft een vrijstaande woning met drie slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken en eetgedeelte. Ondanks de wat gedateerde inrichting geeft deze woning toch een karakteristiek gevoel.
