"I stayed here twice in one week. The breakfast was really good. The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. A few things would make this SO much better. Simple upgrades in the room would make a world of difference. The sliding barn style door with no lock and lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom make the bathroom much less private. This is a terrible design. The rooms need things like updated shower heads, nicer toilet paper, even a bottle of water… I paid 200 and 250 a night. The “free internet” is a slower service, for high speed you have to pay extra. Overall I feel like the room should have been half the price. "

"An historic inn dated from 1902, nicely located on the St. Lawrence river side, a perfect place to discover Gananoque. The river cruises depart 5 minutes walking from the hotel on Water Street and there are many places to dine around. Staff is very nice and helpful! We had drinks at the restaurant’s terrace and it was pleasant! A good address!"

"Lovely, historic home! Owner Michele is a warm and welcoming hostess. Great care and attention to detail is evident in the decor, thoughtful extras for guests and exceptionally prepared breakfast! Our suite accessed a wonderful wraparound 2nd floor balcony. What a treat! Highly recommend this property and encourage people to visit the quaint town of Gananoque. "
