"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

Daniel, the B&B owner is one of the kind and compassionate Italian we've met ever. Upon arrival he explained everything, showed us some restaurants and offered help to give reservation. "Beautiful villa with the best hostess and her family! We drove and took ferries to all the towns around Lake Como. The villa has parking. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!"

"Yasmine and her sister both provide the ultimate experience in hospitality at this quaint boutique hotel. It has been totally updated and the grounds are small but immaculate. Their pool is great, too. If you’re looking for a fast paced, over-stuffed boutique hotel, this isn’t it. "Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"The B&B is conveniently located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to Lake Como. The room was clean and comfortable. Terrance and kitchen were shared with other guests. "This is a fantastic place to stay. It is only 5 minutes from the funicular in the citta Alta and 2 minutes from the central square. The accomodation is very unique_ almost as if set in the walls. Breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, cheese and ham. The host was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "
