"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. "

"Ideal location and ideal property for what you need "

"We had a lovely 4 nights, great beach access, lots of walking with our dog, although lots of rabbits on the complex, need to keep dogs on leads, property was pristine and had everything we needed. "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Good quality caravan, also has added entertainment extras ive never seen in caravans before. "

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."
