"Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. "Beautiful cottage in a tiny hamlet, although Louth isn’t far which is a lovely market town with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants! The cottage itself is spotless and very well equipped for self catering! The log burner was great as the weather was chilly when we were there! The owner was very friendly and made sure we had plenty of logs for the fire! The addition of a washing machine would be very welcome especially if visiting with children, although we managed fine whilst there! We...

"Seagrass is a lovely property,it was spotlessly clean and nice and warm for our arrival. It's a very short walk from the property to miles of brilliant beach,as well as the coastal path which takes you past some great wetlands with a big variety of Birdlife.As we were there out of season there was only one pub open,the Creek Tavern, but it was the most friendly welcoming place we've been to."

"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. "The cottage's facilities are exceptional & the owner most helpful and friendly. The only drawback is vehicular access, which could be difficult for larger cars. It is a lovely, quiet village for those wanting peace & relaxation. While for families and the young at heart, all the beach/resort activity you could want is only 15 minutes away."
