"The cottage's facilities are exceptional & the owner most helpful and friendly. The only drawback is vehicular access, which could be difficult for larger cars. It is a lovely, quiet village for those wanting peace & relaxation. While for families and the young at heart, all the beach/resort activity you could want is only 15 minutes away."

"Absolutely fabulous. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book - possibly in autumn/winter to take advantage of the RSPB locations nearby. Lovely hosts, Colin and Gina Ash, fabulous, comfortable and spotlessly clean cottage and, oh, so quiet. Set in beautiful gardens with a duck pond to the rear of the decked areas to the cottages (all private). Could have sat out for hours just enjoying the peace and location. Wonderful full size snooker table (have so much to learn!), darts board and books. Can't wait to...

"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. The grounds had an area to play football as well as a small meadow to walk the dog early in the morning. A short drive to a dog friendly beach and skegness, lots to do for the week."
