"This was the most comfortable, cleanest, well equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. We would definitely recommend to anyone, i think the owners have catered for everyones needs, i really can't praise it enough."

"A very nice well kept property all appliances were available we had a very nice stay although the garden furniture had been neglected glass table covered in dirt and chairs my wife cleaned them up but apart from that we had a very nice stay. "

The location was quiet and peaceful, a really short walk to the beach and a bus stop just outside tbe property going to ingoldmells and skegness"

"The property was in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with lovely views over open fields, within walking distance of the beach and amenities but adviceable to catch a bus or take the car if with elderly people or children. The house was nice and clean throughout. The kitchen was well equipped there was even cleaning and washing products. The game room was brilliant with dart board, air hockey, subutio table and table tennis plus loads of games for kids, there was even outdoor games plus a trampoline and...

"Nothing to shout about just basic think it was for disable person plus right in the middle of of a caravan site.no mention of it in the details of the property. Pans not cleaned "

"Room size was very good, we stayed in a twin room. Lovely walk in shower room. Everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside was there's not a mini fridge in the room. Lovely and clean and we will definitely be staying again. Excellent value for the money] money and plenty of free parking. Much closer to the town centre than we had anticipated. Great stay thank you "

Perfect for overnight B&B

"Very comfortable, functional & convenient stay. I needed one nights B&B as I was playing in 2 England Golf competitions. North Shore was perfect. Relatively small room but wasn’t in it very long, so didn’t matter. Excellent breakfast. Bar in the evening was very quiet but the bar staff were very friendly & helpful."

"xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain."

"This is probably one of the best places, in Skegness, we have ever stayed in, over the last 30 years. It is dog friendly too. Lovely owner and staff. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean throughout. Well done and thank you. I highly recommend and we will stay again. "
