"Room was comfortable but could do with updating. Beds were clean and comfortable and it was lovely and peaceful. Didn't have breakfast as had arranged elsewhere. In beautiful surrounding in one of my favourite places. Had dinner in Ancient Mariner which adjoins hotel. That was great."

"Lovely hotel and staff. Pleasantly surprised by really high standards - spacious, warm room, comfy beds, excellent food and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Car park was handy too. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Only niggles were alarm going off somewhere in the building at around midnight which disrupted our sleep and hot water from bathroom sink tap was dangerously overheated."

"This was the best caravan that we’ve ever stayed in,it had all the amenities you get at home,dishwasher,fridge freezer,big tv was superb,with loads of channels,we had a problem where the gas bottle ran out,which was replaced immediately the morning after,the owner was a pleasure to deal with,and if we stay in that area,we will definitely stay there again"

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to others’ use."

"I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. The caravan was very clean, finished to a very high standard, very pet friendly, ideal & safe for both pets & children with access from both doors to a veranda that has a lockable gate to ensure they can't leave the property alone. Its was very quiet, & the beds were very comfortable, best caravan I've ever stayed in. Large American fridge freezer & built in washing machine which would be ideal for families & the bonus of a tassimo coffee pod machine. Can't wait to stay again & will be my first place to book in the future, when down visiting family 😊."
