"It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money."

"We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Thank you Aramide for that. Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience. Raccomend any time."

Otherwise the flat is presented clean and with heating ( for those winter days) and nice confortable beds . By the way This 2 bedrooms flat is quite big We be back for sure ."

Once finally being able to get in I went to make a cup of coffee but all the cups had coffee stains on them all the...

The listing created the impression of views towards the seafront promenade and Arnold Palmer's Putting Course, but instead our apartment overlooked an enormous overflowing skip. The property was described as a "Well-Appointed Flat" with "modern amenities", "facilities to meet the needs of our guests" and "high...
