"The was clean, the bed was bad we had double room. One side of the bed was sink/broken so uncomfortable. Tried to call room service no one answered, call reception and transfer the call still no one answered. So have to go ordered at restaurant for room service and staff argue that never hear the phone ringing (we tried for an hour) "

"Large rooms with a massive TV. I don't know why it's so big. It would have been better if it was smaller but a smart TV. The shower was weak but it all looked fairly new. So I dont know why it is lacking power. The hotel is a good standard apart from the Spa changing rooms. It felt unclean and for some reason the men's changing area smelt like pee. The pie in the hotel restaurant was ok but not worth the £18 and the pub almost attached is very basic for food but all both gave wonderful service. All the staff where wonderful and the breakfasts buffet was good and in a nice setting where there was plenty of space and no overcrowding. "
