Staff are more than helpful and friendly. Facilities are lovely especially the pool at night time! Only bad thing is the breakfast isn't that nice and you don't get much on your plage. The full English breakfast didn't taste all that nice and it definitely isn't a full breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Outside area at spa good but we had good weather to really use it. Had a massage which was very relaxing. Overall the stay was excellent .

The receptionist was so lovely and helpful, I enjoyed chatting to the new bar staff he was also lovely and the coffee was really good. I never sleep in hotels but I slept really well, it wasn’t noisy and the bed and pillows were very comfy.

The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.

Staff excellent. Food very good - evening and breakfast Car park was quite full when we arrived early eve. Bar was surprisingly good for a health spa etc. Great draught beer, wine, cocktails -and not overpriced for such a lovely establishment! Really enjoyed- cheers!!
