"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "

"Sehr schönes Apartment und absolut empfehlenswert. Super modern eingerichtet, alles sauber und ausreichend Platz auch wenn man mit mehreren Leuten dort ist. Von den Betten waren alle begeistert und konnten sehr gut schlafen. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet, sodass hier nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns richtig wohl dort gefühlt. Der Kontakt, ob telefonisch, per Email und auch vor Ort war mehr als freundlich und alles verlief Reibunglos. Wir würden dieses Apartment sofort wieder...
