"Overall we really liked the property. But there are certainly things they can do to improve the overall experience. The pull out bed was essentially useless because the mattress was completely shot. The springs were protruding through the mattress and it was extremely uncomfortable. One of the least expensive upgrades they could make would be to make sure that the tv's are smart tv's so you can stream shows. When you have kids and there are 11 channels, even if it is a resort and you aren't in your room a ton, you want to be able to have family time and watch a movie at night. The tile around the pool was extremely worn and had fallen off in a pretty significant number of areas. And lastly, from an amenity standpoint, they really need to communicate that there is not a fitness area / gym onsite, and that you have to walk a ways into the community to utilize the gym (and the hours are very limited). Overall, nice place but not necessarily a place I would probably use for our family again. Great overall price and the pool area / pool side bar & food was absolutely the highlight.
** They can't control the seaweed but the beach was completely unusable due to the extreme amount of piles of seaweed everywhere. Not sure how often they clean the beach but that was disappointing for a beach resort."
