"This hotel has great staff and plenty of options for food within walking distance My only moan is the rooms that are at the back facing the road get a lot more traffic noise than the front Especially loud motorbikes at 2am going past"

"Nice hotel good amount of car parking. Nice fountain.reception entrance very welcoming .staff lovely very helpful. Room was clean snd tidy bed was comfotable.soa fab"

"All the staff went over an above to make our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing was to much trouble. Good ol fashioned service, for us it has set the benchmark that others will be judged by."

"Disappointing. Last time we visited we had a power cut, this time we couldn’t use the bath due to plumbing issues. To cap it all breakfast was chaos. The hotel was busy due to an event, there was no filer coffee but staff left us waiting without information. No sausage, bacon, egg except one or 2 portions coming out piecemeal. "A very pleasant stay Room was lovely"

"Clean room location and breakfast plus parking"

"Over all we had a great three night stay. Very friendly staff, good accommodation and location. Our only criticism was that when we ate in the restaurant one evening and had breakfasts the food wasn’t hot and the plates hadn’t been heated."

"Ideal location, great room and fabulous breakfast"

"The Manor house was a lovely convenient hotel for an evening at The ICC came back and went to The Cellar bar which was lovely too. Biggest disappointment was getting ready in the evening and standing in a cold shower before getting ready for an evening out or shower in the morning before breakfast, then to be told in the morning when spoke with reception staff the boiler was not working in the evening or morning, some communication about this would have been nice."

"Quirky property, lovely log fire, helpful staff. Good food. Dogs very well catered for. Would have preferred a groundfloor room, which was originally allocated, but ended up in a first floor room. Lot of noise from heavy traffic at the rear of the property which can be heard in the room"

"thank you"

"The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee."
