Sierra Megeve Unit #27. This is an updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with modern kitchen and beautiful sun-filled living area. Easy walk to Canyon Lodge and has Mammoth Bus Stop right outside the door to access the village as well as many stops on the Mammoth Shuttle system. Great sledding area for children right in view from kitchen and family room window.

Enjoy the outdoors at this ideally located condo, which has an outside deck and sleeping arrangements for up to six people. Guests will have access to complimentary wireless internet, and they can store extra equipment in the private closet in the hallway. Bikes can go out on the balcony. Additionally, you'll have access to the community's hot tub, seasonal swimming pool, and BBQ.

This vacation rental is located in Mammoth Lakes, CA, directly across the street from Canyon Lodge. Here, guests can ski, snowboard, or take winter hikes, and is a major meeting area for lessons. In warmer months, enjoy biking at Mammoth Bike Park. Canyon Lodge's lift #16 runs on Friday - Sunday and cross-country trails provide quick access to our guests. The many lakes, trails, and mountains of the Sierra Nevada provide limitless options for outdoor adventure.

The first-floor property is in building four of Sierra Megeve and overlooks the large space east of the complex. This area is a popular sledding area in winter. A vehicle can be kept safe and secure in your assigned underground parking space. In addition, there's optional guest parking space above ground.

The living area's contemporary decor includes new flatscreen televisions with cable, and internet connection and access to all your favorite streaming services. The unit has an open concept design and the fully equipped kitchen was updated with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including an induction stove top.

The main bedroom features a queen bed as well as a private en suite bath and a new flatscreen television. In the second bedroom, you'll find a bunk bed plus a twin bed. There's also a second bathroom with shower.

UPDATES: We are no longer allowing new reservations with pets. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are having problems with allergies when we stay there.

Also, there are new regulations for firewood storage in Mammoth due to wildfire concerns. As a result, we don’t furnish wood or tools for fires in our condo. We are looking at alternatives and will update our listing when we figure something out. Thanks!

All the windows and snow damage from this winter have been repaired. Yeah!

Property is great with close proximity to Canyon Lodge. Perfect ski path that you can take to canyon chairs 8 or 16 after walking 2 minutes from the parking garage.

Great Apartment
Ver clean with easy check-in and covered parking. Well-equipped for family of three, with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Close to ski lift and dedicated area outside of the apartment for ski storage. We plan to return.

Great Stay!
Super close to Canyon Lodge. We were able to walk back for lunch. Parking underground was nice. There was a really nice sledding hill right outside w sleds provided. Kitchen was well stocked. Family friendly w puzzles, board games and books.

Wonderful apartment in ideal location; compassionate hosts
The most important thing for us about a ski lodge is location, and this apartment is in an amazing location. The walk to canyon lodge is no more than 5 min, and that's with kids. At this lodge is food, drinks, and importantly ski school. This base has access to green slopes for beginners but also has access to multiple lifts to get higher up in the mountain. The apartment itself is spacious and very well stocked. It came with things that I wouldn't expect but that are very helpful when provided, things like ziplock bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen is also well stocked with cooking implements and some basic condiments, etc. Better stocked than the average rental for sure. The thing that I really want to call out in my review is the kindness of the hosts. We were delayed by a big storm and arrived 2 days later than planned, and the hosts refunded for the first 2 nights that were not used. This is going above and beyond what they needed to do and what I would have expected from a VRBO unit. This amazing customer service has guaranteed that I will be renting this unit again next time I'm back at Mammoth.

Wonderful Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - it was way better than expected. Super clean, lots of windows to see the outdoors and bring in natural light and best of all it was such an easy walk to the Canyon ski lifts. The parking garage was tall enough for our cargo box on car and it was so nice to not have to drive anywhere once we arrived. Great memories and good times spent with my family.

The closest you can get to Canyon Lodge
This property is really within walking distance to the ski lifts. Owners have done an outstanding job in maintaing it and it is pretty well equiped. The covered parking spot comes in pretty handy when it´s snowing. I will definitelly will stay in this unit in the future if it´s available.

Wonderful stay!
Check in was a breeze (as long as you follow the instructions.). The condo itself was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. Communication with the owner after we lost our house keys was quick and helpful. I can comfortably give this unit and its management a 5/5!
