🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One assigned garage parking space is included. A parking pass is provided inside the condo and must be displayed. One additional space may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and overflow parking is available during the summer months only.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community pool, hot tub, and sauna.

• Laundry: Community coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
