Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through May. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. My favorite place to stay when in Mammoth. Feels like home, has full kitchen, comfy bed, living room. Location also a plus. Helpful staff.

So cute and charming, has everything you need. Very cozy. Only thing I wish the property had was a jacuzzi and the shower head in Suite 2 needs to be tighter, it kept falling so you have to hold it the whole time you shower .. not a big deal but would’ve been nicer to relax after long cold day of boarding. Suite 2 has one bedroom and a pullout couch which can sleep up to 4, but for a snowboarding trip with all the boards and gear it would feel cramped to have more then 2 people with their luggage. Not a whole lot of storage space so I thought it was perfect for two people. We will definitely come back and stay here again.
