Our stay was excellent, courteous staff, and very clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of variety. I would recommend if you’re looking for a great place to stay this would be it.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of fresh options each morning.
Our room was comfortable and we also appreciated the extra amenities that added convenience to our stay.
The location was perfect, close to the mountain with easy access to skiing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Amazingly vast and delicious breakfast. Great ski valet and a short walk across the street to the village gondola. Staff were excellent and always helpful. Pool/spa were excellent. Our room was a unique high efficiency bunk system that did not have much common space for our family but we utilized the lobby level “living room” space for gatherings and meeting with friends.
Great resort to stay at that's right next to the Village. Parking is valet only but cars come out pretty quickly. The hotel restaurant serves good food if you don't want to venture out further to eat. There was a Jacuzzi and a heated swimming pool that the kids got to enjoy. Water and ice dispersers located on every floor. Breakfast is included with the stay so it was nice to have different types of food to eat before heading to the mountain!

Close to the gondola. The room was great. The staff is very helpful. Car valet was a little hectic checking in.
I really liked the bathroom, lighting options, and the shower/lotion scent! I just wish they had hot chocolate as an option for breakfast (unfortunately, the machines did not have them during our stay). Otherwise, great experience! The staff were very friendly and approachable, and my family and I had a lovely and excellent time!
The rooms were very clean, the property was beautiful. The staff was fantastic and really went the extra mile. Shout out to Andrew, Kennedy and Joy who really went above and beyond to be extra helpful and made our first visit to Mammoth unforgettable. 3 of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour!
One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one woman serving and she kind of took it out on us guests.
But everything thing else was amazing. The ski valet was so convenient. Shout out to Rodney who was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great.
The line light is a wonderful addition to Mammoth Mountain! The rooms are quite comfortable and large. The complementary breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The staff is friendly. The location is excellent. Highly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience staying at Limelight Hotel Mammoth. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive.
The door staff truly outshined everyone—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and incredibly caring with our luggage. Their level of service made a lasting impression and set the tone for our stay.
Unfortunately, I became ill during my trip and had to leave two days earlier than planned. The team handled everything with genuine care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated that they refunded those nights during a difficult situation.
I was also traveling with my service dog, and they treated both of us with kindness and respect, which meant a lot.
The hotel itself is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.
The property was warm and comfortable I wish we could have had more time there. I will say now that it's snow season it is out of our reach in pricing. The hotel is beautiful and a wonderful addition to mammoth
Convenient amenity like ski valet and storage, a stair walk down straight to the Village gondola. Facility is very new, great vibe at the 1st floor area to hang and grab drink
New and clean, friendly staff , fantastic amenities, great breakfast!
Only feedback less than perfect 10’s was
1) it was a too long cold walk to get to the heated hot tubs and pool at far end of property (no access through owned units section)
2) t though the gondola is just right across the street. They’re way too many stairs to get to ground level and there’s no crosswalk.if you’re in ski boots it’s challenging so we ended up driving to the ski lodges
Pros: Spacious, brand new rooms w lots of hooks on the walls/bathroom and drawers in the built-in/dresser/under the bed. Great bfast included (yummy croissants!), warm cookies in the afternoon (they run out quickly though), and ample ski gear storage. V convenient location right in the village. Heated pool and two hot tubs were a huge plus every afternoon. Lots of indoor + outdoor common space to hang out if traveling in a group. Free EV charging and nice, new gym (with Pelotons!) were a nice bonus too.
Cons: Casting function on the TVs did not work (we had 5 rooms in our group, and none of us were able to put a show on for our kids). Fridge was broken, but quickly replaced. Valet only (be prepared to wait) for $35/night. No food or drink service by the pool, and no one there to help w umbrellas. Be prepared to walk up the stairs and back into the main lobby for any service.
