Very nice, close to canyon lodge. Price was right. Prospective bookers please note; This unit does not have even the most basic of cooking supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil). Water pressure was an issue.

Nice Unit and location, but the property management was not good, prior to getting there they told us the Oven wasn't working, which we said was fine, but when we went to make toast for breakfast the toaster over didn't even work, then the first second night the oven started making beeping error sounds from 2:30 am every 30-45 mins which then we had to get up and shut off, so didn't sleep. they never sent anyone over as we requested a number of times so we had to trouble shoot ourselves and find the breaker to shut off the oven. not my kind of place to stay and pay.

Upon arrival I notified the PM of the following deficiencies: 1. Living Room Heater not working 2. Bedroom 2 Heater not working 3. Master bedroom and bedroom 2 TV remotes not working 4. Oven not working 5. Kitchen knobs missing 6. No cutting board in kitchen 7. wood for fireplace not accessible on the 4th day of our stay someone finally showed up with batteries for the remotes (still didn't work) and no other work orders. This is is beautiful Condo, but unfortunately VACASA Management is pititful.

Relatively well equipped kitchen. Needed pot holders and a small cutting board. Could have used more bath towels for hot tub. Otherwise, very comfortable. Nice hot tub. The cornice hanging near the hot tub was worrisome. Crews were working to shovel and blow paths between buildings, and trying to keep exit doors clear, and remove snow from the roofs, but that was all a big challenge in this record snow year!

We loved the pine decor throughout the home! Very comfortable and spacious place! Nice to have three bathrooms for our family of 5. Jetted tubs in the baths were nice. The kitchen and living areas were nice. The small patio, although small was nice to sit on and enjoy the view. Upstairs corner location with many windows for good circulation. The condo had a cozy feel and was nice and clean. Wood floors in main living space, carpets in the rooms. Great place to stay!

Super location. Easy to get to and close to everything. Condo cabin look is super dated. TVs didn’t work. Horrible bedding. Barely there pillows. A sheet for a blanket. Oddly put together kitchen. Needs TLC! Using 3rd party management shows. Ps no way to put 8 adults unless we missed something. .

This home is clean and great for 5 to 6 people. This is our 2nd time staying at this home and we love the location. The only thing it lacks is kitchen items. There was no cutting board or baking dishes. The oven did not work and when we used the stove top the vent was not very efficient. These are minor items that can be easily fixed. O

We had a great stay! The property was perfection, the right amount of space for 6 of us (two adults, two 13y/o, 6y/o, and 4y/o. Walkable to Canton Lodges and an abundance of games and puzzles for night time fun! Will definitely book again!

Loved our stay at this condo. It’s located just a short walk to Canyon which was perfect for my family for whenever anyone wanted to head back for the day. Underground parking was great, walk up two flights of stairs. Condo is well appointed with new kitchen and bathrooms. TVs in every room, good WiFi. Loved the ski lodge decor too!

To preface, the lack of stars I’m giving this condo are due to the cleanliness issues and not the property itself. This was a beautiful, incredibly spacious condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, there was a custom bathroom for each of the three bedrooms, and the beds were comfy. There was also an abundance of towels and basic necessities, like spices, paper towels, and TP. The major downfall and why this property is getting only three stars and not the five it deserves is in Vacasa’s apparent upgraded cleaning practices- these need some work. The usual places seemed to be cleaned decently well, like the toilets and sinks, but there is no way extra cleaning or any semblance of deep cleaning is being done. There was caked on food on the kitchen table, the floors were black when we wiped up spilled water with a paper towel, and the kitchen and bathroom counters looked to only have been sprayed, not wiped clean. Even pre-Covid this would have been a deal breaker for me so you can understand why during a pandemic this is a problem. Vacasa’s customer service is excellent, however, because we had not originally booked this condo but another one in the same area. We requested to move because that condo was even dirtier than the one we stayed in for the duration of our stay (the downstairs bathroom rug has almost certainly never been washed). The ladies we spoke with quickly and efficiently moved us to Sierra Megeve 29 in a matter of 30 minutes. Not only was the switch seamless, they didn’t charge us anything extra (Sierra Megeve 29 was a significantly pricier stay than the original condo). Because of their expert customer service, I’ll consider renting properties with Vacasa in the future, but they need to hire new cleaning staff first.

The condo was comfortable but the way it was advertised was misleading in ways that are not tolerable to me. This condo was advertised as having Wifi. However nothing related to the internet or the wifi ever worked. I was planning to ski and work in the afternoons and we booked this place because it would facilitate both. When we called management to tell them wifi wasn’t operable they gave is a lame excuse about Mammoth being crowded. That’s very strange because since wifi didn’t work in the condo I was forced to visit a friend’s house or go to Starbucks daily and the wifi worked perfectly well from those Mammoth locations. I have stayed in Mammoth dozens of times and I’ve never stayed in a place with no access to internet. Also while we were there a doorknob came off of one of the bedroom doors and a wallet with ID necessary to claim lift tickets got locked in the room. So that caused a lot of stress and delayed access to the mountain. A maintenance person did come eventually but about 11/2 hours of skiing. The process of picking up a key to the unit is such that you stop by their office in a totally different location and access a lockbox. There was only 1 key in the lockbox at the time of check in. That was 1 key for 2 families to share. That is impractical for a ski trip in a ski in ski out condo as different people will want to come and go at different times. We resolved that situation by putting a lockbox on the front door of the unit. (I happen to be a Realtor and had one in the car). If you don’t travel with a lockbox you might have to live with leaving the door unlocked in this situation. Finally, the condo is a 3rd floor walk-up and that was not noted on the listing. That wouldn’t have stopped us from booking it but it would have been nice to be properly informed. There is no elevator in the building.
