Monache Deluxe Condo - 60" 4k HDTV, Patio, Finest Hotel..

This immaculately clean Deluxe One Bedroom Condo at The Monache in The Village at Mammoth not only has the best location in town, but also the most luxurious amenities. It's located on a high floor and comes with a living room, dining area, kitchenette, and patio. There are all the amenities you can imagine, including the amazing White Bark Restaurant and Lounge. We are steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops, but nestled quietly up amongst the trees. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. Just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, use our private ski locker at the base of the gondola, and never use your car for the rest of your stay!


*** Brand new 60-inch 4k HDTV in the living room and a 50-inch 4k HDTV in the master bedroom.

*** We have rented a full locker at the base of the Village Gondola for this unit so that you don't have to carry your gear up or down any stairs.... get ready in the locker room and then simply take the elevator directly to the gondola level! ***

CONVENIENCE

Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys - there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a Welcome Email and Guidebook with recommendations will be sent to you before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave PARKING PASS + 2 keys on counter. MUST BE LEFT BY 11AM, AND NOT TAKEN FOR USE DURING THE SKI DAY. KEYS NOT ON COUNTER ARE $50/KEY AND PARKING PASS $250 IF NOT LEFT BY 11AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

We allow up to two pets. There is a $50+tax per night fee (it's still only $50/night if there are two pets).
Late Checkout: For checkouts after 11am, a double cleaning fee and an additional night will be charged (which can be much more if a weekend/holiday).
Lost Key/Parking Pass: If you lose the parking pass or return it after 11am, a $250 fee will be charged for the parking pass and $50 for the key.
