1 Bed/1Bth Plus Built-in Bunk Room. Easily sleeps a family or a couple. Conveniently located walking distance to VONS grocery, restaurants, movie theater, and ski/snowboard shops. Mammoth free town shuttle is located steps from your front door and is at Eagle Lodge or The Village within minutes. Enjoy all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer in this year-round retreat.
We recently updated our condo with new paint, floors, and furniture. Our unit is a modern style with many rustic features that will connect you with being in a mountain retreat.
Mammoth is our family's home away from home, and we have set up our condo to give our guests all the comforts possible. From luxury bed linens, fresh towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cooking spices, and more, you will have all the utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal or a fast meal before you explore outdoors.
After a fun day on the slopes or exploring Mammoth for all, it has to offer, come relax in our condo retreat. Make a fire, take a dip in the jacuzzi or enjoy one of Mammoth's many top-rated restaurants, steps from your front door.
We have provided all the comforts of home so all you need to do is get here, let us do the rest for you.
Great shops and restaurants are only steps from the front door, including VONS grocery, local movie theatre, skate park, walking/running trails, ski snowboard shops, local park, library, and much more.
The public Free shuttle bus has a stop conveniently in front of the condo complex. You can access any point in the town of Mammoth Lakes via the shuttle, including a ride up to Main lodge to hit the slopes. If you are interested in exercise, a variety of walking/running paths is easily accessed from the condo as well.

Nice stay

Great location for skiing and snowboarding. We liked the location and size. For 2 adults and two children it was great, highly recommend.

Innacurate listing and antiquated heating

This is only 2nd negative review we have ever keft but I hope it helps people cinsidering this place. It is NOT a 3 bedroom it is a 1 bedroom. They have a bunk bead behind a curtain in the front door entry way and a pull out in the living room. Its on a busy street lots of road noise. It wasnt very clean. All thermostats are locked at 72. The heater in bedriom makes noise all night and hardly works. The place took 3 1/2 hours to warm to 72 we sat around in our jackets. The heating is out dated but there is a wood burning stove with 2 empty lighters, bring one. The stove heater is good once it gets going but you have to monitor it continually or it just goes out. The host is communicative but main point I got was heating is expensive. We heat our home in Huntington Beach warmer than 72 when its cold out. 20 or so minute drive to the slopes. Not a place we would visit again.

Farmhouse Friendly

This was the nicest condo we have stayed at in Mammoth. It was just like being at home with all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The host was easy to contact and responded quite timely. Location was great and made it easy to walk to the store and restaurants as well as catch shuttles to the mountain. We had no issues with parking. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Great place and amazing host

Darren was very responsive the entire time which I appreciate so much. The place is in a great location and very close to Vons and great restaurants. The place was clean and very well stacked. Darren even gave us lots of Keurig. Highly recommended!

Really Great!

First of all, Darell is an absolutely fabulous host! He’s very responsive and accommodating. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals by owners and by far had the best experience with Darell. Second, the condo itself is really nice! It’s been beautifully updated, very clean, cozy and lacks nothing in the way of comfort and accommodation. The complex has a game room and hot tub which we enjoyed in the evenings. If you don’t mind being 15 min away from the mountain, we couldn’t recommend this one more. We will definitely be back and this will be our first choice!
