Very clean. Beautiful location and grounds. The stove is very hard to open, and front door open by the wind so you must lock it everytime you come in. Beds are clean and comfy. Very nice townhouse.

Great place, nicely appointed. Disappointed in the condition of the home upon arrival. Seemingly it hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. The management company brought a vacuum for our use, and the collection canister was emptied 2-3 times right away. Too expensive of a place to not arrive to a dirty home.

Very clean, quiet and spacious condo in Mammoth Lakes. Fully stocked with all household items required for a comfortable stay. Only negative is that the hall bathroom is small and with awkward layout. Other than that a great place to stay while vacationing in the Mammoth Lakes area.

We had such a lovely stay. The home was clean, well stocked with any kitchen needs, and nearby to plenty of outdoor activities for any season. We really enjoyed walking through the meadow in the neighborhood, hiking around Mammoth Lakes and fishing in Lake Mary nearby. Could have stayed the whole month! Thanks for having us!

Loved this condo. Everything is top notch from the decorations to the location to the amenities. Evidently, this was a long term rental and the new owners have done an outstanding job of revamping it to make it a great vacation rental.The view overlooking the pond from the balcony is very soothing after a long day of skiing, hiking, and/or fishing. The bottle of wine from the owner's wine home region was a nice touch and very much appreciated. Can't wait to stay there again!

Only complaint would be no humidifiers. We’ve never encountered that before, all our other Mammoth rental properties have provided one for each room to help with the dryness.
