The staff at desk, restaurant and room cleaning were so friendly and accommodating. The views are amazing along with a nice daily full breakfast. Perhapsā€¦just a few more degrees added to the pool and youā€™d have a perfect Costa Smeralda stay.

We had a warm welcome and the hotel looked fantastic. During our stay the staff were most helpful with directions, reservations and advice on ferry booking etc. Our room was nice, really clean and well maintained. However, we felt unable to use the pool and the sunbeds because after sitting by the pool on the first day we were unable to sit and enjoy as other residents with large groups of children were so noisy and screaming. I appreciate children make noise when they play but we came for peace and quiet and this was not the place for that. The hotel had a lovely restaurant, good breakfast and great service.

Lovely staff! Good kitchen, and great breakfast included in the room. The swimming pool and lounge area on top of the hill are lovely and have great views all around. I wished the room was a bit larger! With two suitcases i had to rearrange some furniture, I like to not stumble over them in the middle of the night. The beach club, free for hotel guests is very nice, too! It has a couple of really nice beach restaurants nearby.

First the staff were wonderful. However, the hotel is very dated. The breakfast was very average and it finished too early at 10am. The pool bar only served lunch for 1.5hrs so there were no food options except for soggy sandwiches and small premade pizzas. No room service, no coffee in the room. Air conditioner broke. We booked this hotel because it had beach access so that helped but I would not stay again.

"The room is comfortable and with a good space. The food was really good in general, with better days than others. Around the pool there are a lot of sun chairs, but as always, many people put their towels to reserve their seat. I really recommend the all inclusive."
