"I got 15 percent discount on food. No room upgrade but the room was comfortable nonetheless. I could only see a sliver of the bay from the roof top . There were ear plugs at my bed side- so I feared the hotel would have loud events. If they did, I slept through them without need of ear plugs. The hotel is modern and chic. Since it’s in the city center, you can hear some traffic noise, but the location is so convenient that it’s understandable. All the staff were very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay here again. "
