"Fantastic experience. Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Complementary breakfast was great, plus access to free coffee all day in the lobby. Used the free shuttle bus to get to the local plaza for a but of shopping and to the airport. Staff were lovely and we git a late checkout to help with our later flights. Pool is small but clean and the kids used used it. If I return to Miami, I'd stay again."

"Don’t leave laundry unattended. Ppl will take your clothes out"

"Na"

"Well maintained great service."

"Best Hotel Ive ever been to."
