"The staff was great, food was delicious, pools were all dirty, shower inside the room very bad, some plugs were broken. This place really need a good update of the facility. The place is beautiful but need URGENT UPDATES. Tv does not work properly and wifi get disconnected on and off which is bad specially if you want to watch something or work online with a laptop while vacationing ."

The bungalow is beautiful, nicely decorated and the concept of the property overall is just amazing, surrounded by nature, birds and clean air. "This is a nice hotel in general. However, nothing worked. We made the staff aware that we couldn't use the tv, they said they'd check it out. They never came. The shower wasn't functioning as it should have been. The safe in the room did not work. There was never anyone at the front desk."
