This one is going to be a mixed bag of a review. The Good: Room was nice and clean, housekeeping kept everything nice and restocked our fridge. Francis took us anywhere we wanted to go on resort even set his own alarm to meet us on departure and help with bags. Luis, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding ...

The resort is very big and easy to get lost. I suggest that they place more signs, arrows, showing the room numbers on the outside of every building. More signaling.
