"The room no clean smoke bad"

"The expedia link showed a pool on the property but there was no pool and the gym was out of order. There is a small bar of soap only. No shampoo or conditioner provided. The rooms are very small. It wasn't close to anything we wanted, however you can Uber or taxi. Overall okay for the price for a quick stay about 13 minutes from the airport if you dont need any other amenities."

"The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the pillowcase was stained. The room also had a noticeable humidity problem. Since there was construction going on, there was dust all over the place, which made the environment even less comfortable. Overall, I didn’t find it to be a very suitable or comfortable environment, especially for female guests. Considering the condition of the accommodation, I don’t think the price is worth it. The cleanliness was also a major issue, and this is...

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

Otras noches salíamos a probar restaurantes diferentes.

"Okay, this place, the hotel itself and literally the entire area surrounding it made me think twice about ever going back to Punta Cana and staying at a hotel there that isn’t an all-inclusive resort. This hotel was terrible, absolutely terrible. As I mentioned before, there was mold on the pillows. The door lock was loose and the door did not close properly. I told the person at the front desk, and she told me that it still closed and that it was fine, and that there was no problem with it. The...

"⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 - Disappointing Adults-Only Experience I would not return to Serenade All Suites Adults Only Resort and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a true adults-only vacation experience. One of the biggest disappointments was that there were no swim-up bars on the adults-only side Guests had to go to the family section of the resort to enjoy a swim-up bar, better entertainment, and some of the better food options. The food was extremely repetitive. The menu offered very little...

"Stay : October 25 to October 31 We’ll taken care of property , pools cleaned every day 6 to 8 Friendly and professional staff for most of the time , there are always few exceptions. Food and food options were very decent. Service all together was very good. We enjoyed our stay in luxury suite with 2 bathrooms and nice living rooms space . The only negative was the beach with brown / seaweed water . All in all it is a very nice place . Our party of 8 did not get sick and we tried all...
