"I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends (there were 10 of us in total), and thanks to Romina, my experience was truly excellent. She took care of all the assistance and logistics to make the celebration a success: she organized the cake, the restaurant reservation and decoration, surprised me with a beautiful birthday gift, and even took Polaroid photos for us to keep as a memory. She checked in on me throughout my stay and always went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Her attention truly made a difference in our experience. As for the hotel itself, the property is beautiful, modern, and peaceful. The vibe is modern and boho-chic, and the background music is perfect for relaxing, chatting, sunbathing, or even reading. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, modern, and extremely clean, with many amenities that make the stay even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, it would be great to have more vegetarian options. However, I would like to highlight that one evening, Chef Simeon prepared customized vegetarian dishes for us, which was the highlight of the night and a gesture we truly appreciated. As for areas of improvement, we noticed that not all staff members were equally attentive; at times the service was a bit slow and the attitude could have been better. Additionally, the internet connection was not always optimal."

" Stunning views from every corner of the complex. A quiet and relaxing place, with gorgeous beach access just a few steps from the apartment. The pool is right in front of the unit, the staff is friendly, and the apartment itself was immaculate.Thank you. I’ll definitely be back!"

"The breakfast menu was fresh and offered a variety of choices. Food was great and they had choices. The hotel and beach was clean and felt welcoming. The staff was helpful and tried to assist when we asked for help. The bartenders were great 👍 as well. The only thing i should mention is the closet draw in the room was dusty and was not cleaned properly which was a bit annoying. But overall the stay was great and it was an excellent experience. We will come back again. "

"Where you stay is a key factor in making a good vacation GREAT. We have booked numerous times with VRBO, but have to say that Sarah (owner) was the most responsive that we have come across. I think the longest we ever had to wait for a response to a text was 15 minutes. Unit was very clean, well equipped, easy to access. The property (condo buildings) where the unit is located maintains the property very well and there were several tradesmen working there maintaining the property. I strongly urge you to consider this location. Unit is well furnished with all the toys that you need to enjoy your stay. Noticed that it is equipped for a family with small kids as we saw kids bathtub, toys, etc."

"Rooms were clean and updated. Service was great. Staff was friendly. Drinks were awesome. They have coors lite and coronas as well! We had a swim up with concierge . If you have kids, it’s worth it. We did a trip for purely relaxation and we barely left our swim up pool! Servers came right to the pool for orders! We went to the beach a couple times, Carts are every couple minutes. We never waited and the kids loved sitting in the back seat. Water was warm. Seaweed was there but not horrible. The sellers on the beach were the worst part. They would fight over you to each other if another one already spoken to you and it makes things very uncomfortable. But I know that is everywhere. As a polite Canadian saying “maybe later” didnt cut it, you just had to be polite and tell them NO thank you sternly, until the next one came seconds later. They beach restaurant was fabulous and so was the person cooking bbq with another Buffett to the side. Aquazone and fun republic were AMAZING! The workers were fantastic and so nice and really interacted with the kids. Great stay! We will be back for sure!!"
