"I will start with saying we loved this resort and would stay there again. Food options great. Pools great. Beach was great. Bar tenders were rude unless you are female but all other staff were great. Our only real issue was with housekeeping. They never filled our mini bar and snacks the entire week we were there and they never left enough towels or wash cloths for those in the room. Stay away from Nexus Tours - they take your money and then don’t deliver. Also watch the golf carts coming around the corners. But once again we WOULD stay there again. "

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the only issue I had was getting dinner reservations at the steak house but I was accommodated, so it worked out. There’s a shuttle that takes you around to the other properties like the casino and waterpark beach club. Very nice hotel would highly recommend"

"The pictures (of the pool etc) on the website probably don't do this place justice. The pools are fantastic and we had them pretty much all to ourselves each day. Defo need car/taxi/Uber for getting to local shops a walk is not very nice."

"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10 days. On the beach not enough chairs/ Louges or umbrellas but go around 9 and place a towel so you can save your umbrella spot. In the area a lot of constructions and traffic. Restaurants and stores around super expensive. "

"Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon."
