"We got “upgraded” to a pool room, which was nice but we did not ask for it and it ended up being an accessible room which I’m sure people that needed it would have appreciated but it made things harder for us (I’m aware how this sounds). Room was clean, but a little outdated. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. They did come and made the beds every day. But they would knock on your door at 7-8a to stock your refrigerator and definitely opened the door after the second knock even though it was very clear that the chance someone was in were very high! Food was good, great at times - but the staff were not tentative at all! I’m not asking for excellent service, but at least acknowledge that I asked for something, or like I’m not bothering you with my asks, which were VERY limited. I was surprised and very thrown off by that. This was the case at every bar, restaurant, and the buffet. It was very hard to book a reservation at the restaurants, even tho they were mostly empty, I get managing capacity. If you got a reservation and the hostess were to sit you it was the most awkward experience as they would just start walking in front of you and you were left confused about if you should follow them or not. I felt like it was safe in general. Their spa services were amazing. As if you stepped into a completely different world. Highly recommend. "

"The main lobby and restaurants are all open concept and feels luxurious when you see it for first time but the rooms are very dated and run down, light switches not working, broken tiles in the floor, toilet paper roll non functional, sliding door to balcony won't lock, rusted frame and terrible mattress on pull out couch, small things but added up stand out as not luxurious at all, let alone non functional sometimes. The staff seem to not really care about you, not very welcoming or hospitable, not hostile but totally indifferent even when you tip them. Restaurants include buffet and selection of "specialty" ones typical Steak, Mexican, Italian, Tepanyaki that are hard to book and are not any better than the buffet at all, my steak wasn't even a regular cut of meat, some random part of the cow that was tough and chewy even cooked med rare. Overall feels very much a resort factory vs an experience. "

"Perfect stay"

"This is a wellness resort! If you get music at the pool your lucky. Pool filtration system was definitely not working. Was not impressed with the food, ive had alot better at other resorts in Punta cana, I felt like I was on a diet! Maid does a good job for a day or two and then towels to facecloths start disappearing. Last 2 days i only had 2 bath towels and no face, hand and not even a bath mat and i tipped every morning! The evening bars were definitely understaffed. It took forever to just get a drink at the bar. The only thing I really enjoyed about this resort is they had shows later in the evening and I really enjoyed the spa. This resort is more for a quiet relax vacation but they definitely need to put in a lot more effort to even compete with other resorts."

"Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult."

"It was as advertised. The address takes you past the condos. That was a little confusing since we got there after the shops and everything had closed. The security was good and the room was satisfactory. I would highly reccomend walking towards the water early in morning and booking all kinds of tours and activities right there. The jellyfish restaurant was delicious and use uber eats for food delivery after hours. "
