"The hotel installation are great, the slides, rooms were perfect, not so much the brazilian restaurant with reservation, some of the meat was cold. This is a family hotel, in the main pool the music wasn’t appropriate and some staff were dancing not properly with kids around. The lobby, bar and kids club staff excellent!"

"Faranda was a great location! It was about 15–20 minutes from the airport and close to several shopping centers, malls, excursions & more. Transportation: I highly recommend using Uber throughout your trip. It was much cheaper than transportation companies and taxis. The hotel seemed to push taxis, but they were charging almost double or triple what Uber cost. The Hotel: The hotel itself was clean, nice, and cozy. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked clean and well-maintained. The Pool: The pool was honestly my favorite part. It was clean, relaxing, & barely crowded when I visited. It’s also only about 5 feet deep, which is perfect for us short people lol. Food: Unfortunately, the restaurant food was not great. I would recommend skipping the hotel restaurant and exploring other restaurants or buying food from a local market. The rooms have refrigerators, which makes it convenient to store food. I didn’t see a microwave, so check with the hotel if that’s important to you. Drinks: The alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the hotel restaurant were actually good, but they were definitely pricey. The restaurant staff also seemed fairly new & weren’t very familiar with the menu, which made ordering a little difficult. The front desk receptionists of the hotel was nice, but I didn’t find them very helpful when it came to recommendations for beaches or restaurants. Dinner Recommendations: Jellyfish, Noah & Dinner in the sky I didn't find good local food."

"I love this location. Scarlett was an awesome host!! She was very responsive and quick to reply if any issue arose. Her taste and decor is very elegant. The apartment was clean and fragrant. The location was just as comfortable as my home. I also left behind a souvenir on my haste to the airport and Scarlett made arrangements to send to me!!! 5 stars!!!!"

"My stay at the apartment was great. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, with assigned parking, a pool, gym, and plenty of amenities like a washer, iron, and more. The host was always responsive and communicated well through the app. The only downside was that electricity wasn't included in the initial booking, but the extra fee wasn't a big deal. Overall, it's a beautiful place, and I'd definitely recommend it."
