The rooms we’re spacious and clean, the Staff we’re very friendly, the food we’re 10/10. The only thing I would say is make sure when you are booking that you book the All inclusive package one time.

I went with my daughters for a few days, and we had a good time overall. Bakour is a place to just sit and enjoy the sun. Positives: beautiful and clean pool, decent rooms, good quality food, friendly staff, nice looking hotel although small Negatives: hotel is not located in a good area, there is nothing around to do, and the hotel has zero activities or entertainment. It is ok for a short amount of time, but not for more than 4 days. Although the food was good, there was no variety, no buffet, same small menu every day for breakfast and lunch, so eventually you get tired of eating the same. The variation was at dinner, which was good. We were told that because of the low season/occupancy they did not have activities or buffet. Could not really enjoy the beach on that area, full of algie and dirty (Atlantic side), so was very disappointed

Great staff and vibes. The place is decently maintained, but it is undergoing a transition which was at times noticeable. Food was good. The beach was a bit disappointing. There are no waves and the water is murky. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff, great people!

Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Bakour Punta Cana Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities were exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to the amazing team who made my experience even better: Canela from the entertainment team for keeping guests engaged and creating a fun atmosphere, and Jonathan, George, Stebinsong, Jazmin, and Michael Mercedes for their exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
