Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Bakour Punta Cana Suites. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities were exactly as expected—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. A special thank you to the amazing team who made my experience even better: Canela from the entertainment team for keeping guests engaged and creating a fun atmosphere, and Jonathan, George, Stebinsong, Jazmin, and Michael Mercedes for their exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bakour Punta Cana Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. I look forward to coming back!

Everything was great. All meals were decent. Room was spacious and clean. Free parking onsite is safe and convenient. Property is on the beach with lounge chairs readily available. Would book them again.

The staff was great the hotel was just outdated. We got a room with a hot tub and none of the tins could hold water bc of them cracked or broken pipes and that’s a big reason for getting the room. Then it took 3 days to get moved to another room when our air wasn’t working and the room was 84 degrees and stunk like sewage then the next room the air was good but the shower head was barely hanging on.
