Staff were professional and very friendly. They made our stay enjoyable and made up for shortcomings in the hotel maintenance ( dirty and wear off furniture etc). Pools and gardens were an exception in maintenance, looking spotless. Be aware of aggressive sales for their expando club. My wife and daughter were very pleased with the Spa and massage service. In general we had a good time and would recommend this hotel, specially for families with children.

The staff at check-in and checkout were friendly. Some of the food service staff were friendly too, but most seemed to more annoyed by our presence. We opted to keep our do not disturb sign on our room door to avoid daily access to our belongings, but came home to find a credit card charge we did not make ourselves, to a credit card we left in the safe.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared upon arrival, which made for a good first impression. However, the internet connection was quite slow during my stay, which was frustrating when trying to work or stream anything. It would definitely benefit from an upgrade, especially for guests who rely on Wi-Fi for business or entertainment. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with good basic conditions, but the slow internet and average food keep it from being a standout experience.

Hotel nice and the animation team excellent. The reservation for the restaurant did not like the way!! Restaurant Bellum food horrible and that night couldn’t eat well because just have a chance for the night. For the way off restaurant use I will give 1/2 star. Entertainment by the pool was cool. Staff were helpful, professional and polite. The food was very mid/ mediocre. I ended up losing 6 pounds because the food simply was not good! The silent party was definitely a highlight. The whole time share thing was annoying. Everywhere you went, including at the hotel it’s like “come to my presentation”. Ugh just a no for me. The spa was nice. She literally took the knot out of my back. I would do that 100 times. First night $60 went missing from my bag so for the rest of the trip we used the safe and still put up the do not disturb sign.

The hotel was pretty clean, few things that needed repairs typical the public bathrooms rarely had a stall that closed or locked properly. The rooms were cleaned daily so no complaints there. THE HOSPITALITY WAS NONE EXISTENT! Overall staff was rude from check in to check out. No one seemed to have manners or common courtesy. God forbid you had a question. Hotel is very small and doesn’t offer much activities. At all inclusive resorts I expect for the food to be hit or miss but this has been the WORST for me. The best food and only good food I had on the resort was the hibachi styled food.

The check in was good - I ask if they can accommodate me to a room close to the pool & the lobby due to knee issues and I was upgraded to a first floor room with the swimming pool, which was nice. The room itself had some issues. There was a foul smell in the restroom. I could not get the hairdryer to work and the phone stopped working. I could not dial the reception area.. The buffet food was OK. I would suggest making reservations for the fine dining. Though I had an issue with the reservation’s the front desk book me for the wrong date, got to the restaurant and I was denied, even though a party of 7 had just cancel. The outdoor activities could have been more accessible in the second pool near the beach. I believe they lack that in the outdoor activities- which I also suggest they should have something going on every hour per the hour even for the older generation. The entertainment show at night was good. Drinks were excellent. Staff were very friendly. Overall, the stay was good.

The beginning of the trip was good. Front desk was very helpful and tried their best to assist and got us the best room update. The spa was amazing. Spa stuff went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. Pools were clean and and amazing. Food was very delicious and a lot. I'm very upset about room cleaning and overall stuff. And yes we tipped them very well. Room cleaning services were horrible. The bathroom stayed dirty during our entire trip, bedsheets never got changed (I accidentally got lipstick on it that's how I know it never been changed), we tried to call front desk never picked up the phone. On our 3rd day of stay the cleaning services ladies gathered right in front of our room and were arguing so lound it was only 8am and we slept late, i had to walk out and ask them to let us sleep. Service was poor, majority of them speek 0 English and there were huge communication issues. The shows and activities are very poor. Need to bring more activities at the end of the day you get bored and there's nothing to do beside walking around the hotel.

Incredibly mediocre. We requested complimentary water bottles to our room, which took 2 hours. No AC in the lobby and each restaurant, so you will be dripping in sweat while eating. Also you will be bothered by flies and mosquitoes while you eat so prepare for that. We asked for ice in our room, we were told to find ice machines by each elevator… surprise! Each one was broken. The walls are paper thin so you will hear every little thing going on around your room. Elevators weren’t working on our final day to bring our suitcases up to the lobby, including getting an error in the app when requesting a bellhop to assist with the luggage so now we’re dripping sweat. Our room wasn’t available until 5:30pm, including an employee being in our room with their shoes off when we walked in… It’s actually sad how bad the service was from the front desk. If they ever decided to answer the phone it would take 10+ minutes. The drinks made at the pool bar and lobby bar were perfect. Outside of that and 2 restaurants, I could never recommend this place. You can’t even enjoy your time on the beach or walking to the bigger with all the salesman begging you to buy pointless stuff. We should’ve went back to Aquamarine where the service was exceptional. This place needs a revamp

The hotel is 15 mins away from the Airport. About the cleanliness: As soon we arrived, we noticed that the sofas next to the lobby were dirty. The room was fine and always cleaned on time. Restaurants have many flies flying around the food and glass. Very disgusting. They should do something about it, There is technology to keep flies away from food. About the team: They were really nice and helpful. The only thing I did not like is that once you arrive they "invite" you for breakfast or lunch (that you already paid) to talk to you for hours about their vacation package "all over the world". They are very pushy and it depends on you if you want to go subscribe. We did not, but missed 3 hours of our stay listening to them. About the food and beverage: it was good and tasty. About the amenities: They have some activities that you can attend depending on your interests. They had a presentation about Michael Jackson's "This is it" show. Part of the screen in the background was not working. The dancers did well but were not impressive, The pool was very refreshing but did not like that they do not have a Life Guard. So you are there at your risk, but a life guard can also help to keep people behaving. Guests were spitting, eating and clearing their nose in the pool. Horrible. The beach is there, but did not see many enjoying the area as there was too much seaweed. So the sea looked brown and not very inviting.
