Good food. You have to use a key card to have power for your room and towels. If you leave your room gets hot if you go to beach or pool area . They have QR code to book your reservation and most of the time it was unavailable or all ready full. Spa is pricey. Overall it’s just okay.

Everything was good the property was clean and well maintained. The spa is overpriced and not worth it.The food was okay not amazing but not horrible either. Most of the staff was nice and cooperative. However, there was one lady named Santara who was cooking the fish during lunch who was very rude to us and refused to give us food. The sports bar also needed better options, it only had a billiards table which you needed to pay for.

À la Carte restaurants were amazing and staff were fantastic- as goes for the bars. Pools had very little seating- most of which is claimed by 10am. The buffet is hit or miss. The rooms were fair- worn down in some respects with not all amenities working however quickly resolved when staff made aware. Beach was well maintained despite sargassum being in peak season- still lots in water and on beach however staff did their best on cleanup. Be aware of Exapndo in the community areas- they are very sneaky at attempting to sell timeshares- avoid them and do not allow them to upsell.

The property exhibited an impressive aesthetic; however, several aspects raised concerns. 1. The room door required forceful closure to engage the lock. 2. The Wi-Fi connectivity was consistently poor and intermittent across the entire premises. 3. During a late-night meal in the buffet, a significant presence of cockroaches was observed in the pizza area.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

I liked the resort overall but I just wanted to be catered to. My boyfriend and I had to bring our luggages to our room which was quite far, no room service such as ordering food late. I liked it but didn't love it. And the staff looked like they didn't enjoy their time working I guess. No one even said good morning or were courteous. What I liked the most was pool staff and the entertainers. They made my stay worth it. Everything else was meh
