The living/dining area boasts an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV, with access to the terrace. One room accommodates two beds, while another features a French bed (150 cm) and air conditioning. Upstairs, there is an additional room with a French bed (160 cm) and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace.

The property offers a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as access to the garden.
