Im Zimmer überall Dreck, alles Kaputt, Schimmel. Schokolade Flecken auf dem Sofa. Fremde Socken in Schublade und gebrauchte Wattestäbchen auf Spiegelrand bei Ankunft. Haben das Hotel nach 3 Tage verlassen da nach mehreren Reklamationen nichts unternommen wurde. Die gebrauchten Wattestäbchen sind bis zum Schluss dort liegen geblieben! Nie wieder!! Entspricht nicht 4 Sterne

Bra familjehotell, varken mer eller mindre.

Bodde i 7 dagar med min familj, 2 vuxna och 1 barn på 2,5 år. Vi hade all-inclusive och tycker vistelsen varit god. Det finns absolut saker som kunnat varit bättre, men även saker som kunde varit betydligt sämre. Rummen är okej, vi hade ett separat sovrum men möblerna har varit med länge och är skavda och medtagna, dock rena. Sängarna är ganska hårda men man vande sig efter några dygn. Städningen på rummen lämnade mer att önska. De bäddade mest och bytte handdukar, knappt något annat städ. Poolerna är bra och många, mycket att göra för barn i olika dags- och kvällsaktiviteter. Maten är det jag skulle vilja höja högst av allt då det är en stor buffé, men även kockar som står och lagar varm mat direkt och serverar samt att de varierar maten varje dag. Frukosten är det enda man kan klaga på då den inte förändrades och är mycket ”brittisk”. Kanske inte så mycket fokus på hälsosam mat, men det finns absolut bra alternativ så man kan äta sunt ändå. Har man lättväckta barn bör man veta att de kör underhållning på en stor scen med hög musik mellan ca 19-23. Ett tips om du ska åka hit är även att boka en dagstur med båt till Porto Cristo. Man bokar en av ”glas-bottom” båtarna som avgår vid Calas Domingo. Porto Cristo är mycket trevligt och fint samhälle. Vi besökte Cuevas Drach som var väldigt häftigt. Det går utmärkt att göra denna utflykt med barn. Med båten kan man även få stanna och bada i havet. Nästa gång kan det mycket väl bli så att vi väljer att bo i Porto Cristo istället

Das Essen war wirklich gut. Große Auswahl und lecker. Der Speisesaal war sehr laut, wie viele schon schreiben. In unserem Zimmer war der Schminkspiegel abgebrochen, das Geländer locker und es ist extrem hellhörig. Dazu haben die Reinigungskräfte nie gewischt. Dazu haben sie einfach die alten Handtücher zusammengelegt. Wir haben keine neuen bekommen. Dazu kommen viele Engländer, die sich wirklich unmöglich aufgeführt haben. Ein Typ war so betrunken, dass er uns gegenüber sehr aggressiv wurde. Wie haben das Barpersonal um Hilfe gebeten und wurden nicht ernst genommen. Stattdessen wurde noch mit dem Betrunkenen eingeklatscht.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr grosszügig und bietet tolle Angebote für Kinder. Das reichhaltige und vielfältige Buffet haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber grösstenteils sauber. Unser Familienzimmer war grosszügig und sauber. Die Einrichtung aber auch alt und zum Teil defekt. Der am Hotel nahgelegene Strand war klein und leider sehr schmutzig. Ein wunderschöner Strand ist aber in ca. 30 Gehminuten (ca. 1,4 Km) gut erreichbar.

Wir reisten für 10 Tage an, brachen aber nach 3 Nächten fast schon ab – das schlimmste Hotelerlebnis überhaupt. Schon bei Ankunft: fleckige, mit Haaren übersäte Bettwäsche, kein Zimmerservice, keine frischen Handtücher, überall Haare auf Boden und im Bad. Warmwasser beim Duschen reine Glückssache, Toilettenpapier auf Nachfrage. Fenster ohne Vorhänge – ab 6 Uhr taghell, Schlaf unmöglich. Die Matratzen sind hart wie Beton, Erholung gleich null. Die Anlage ist ebenso miserabel: Pool verdreckt, Papier und Erde im Wasser, Spielsalon zu 80 % kaputt, dennoch kostenpflichtig – reine Abzocke. Das angebliche „All-Inclusive“ verdient den Namen nicht: winzige Wasserflasche 1,25 €, Zuckerwatte 3,50 €, Strandtuch 1,50 € pro Tag, Trampolin 6 € für 10 Minuten. Statt Gastfreundschaft nur endlose Zusatzkosten. Sauberkeit: ungenügend. Service: praktisch nicht vorhanden. Komfort: katastrophal. Ausstattung: veraltet, kaputt. Essen & Getränke: überteuert, enttäuschend. Preis-Leistung: völlig indiskutabel. Gesamtfazit: Dieses Hotel ist schmutzig, schlecht geführt und eine absolute Zumutung. Wir fühlten uns nicht wie im Urlaub, sondern wie im Gefängnis. Nicht einmal 1 Stern wert – dringend Finger weg!

Der Ferienkomplex hat unserer ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, das Animationsprogramm ist interessant und abwechslungsreich, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Im Restaurant gibt es viele Sitzplätze, daher findet jeder Gast immer problemlos einen Platz. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker. Es gibt Aufzüge und die verschiedenen Bereiche sind insgesamt sehr praktisch gelegen. Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, dass einige Möbelstücke ausgetauscht werden könnten, aber das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Service hat unserer Familie gut gefallen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Iryna an der Rezeption – sie hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und war sehr geduldig mit uns. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.Ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Sehr schön für Kinder und Erwachsene. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Superbe hôtel, tout est fait pour passer un beau séjour. Nous avons séjourné dans l’immeuble Mallorca et malheureusement un seul ascenseur fonctionnait et je vous raconte pas quand les femmes de ménage l’utilisait nous devions descendre avec notre bébé avec la poussette les 7 étages… Sinon le personnel est disponible et super gentil. Le restaurant ressemble plus à une cantine car il y a énormément de bruit

The staff is extremely hard working and always polite. But: The noise level in the restaurant is extreme — you can’t even make yourself heard across the table. To get there, you have to pass through a game room blasting sound at full volume, so your ears are already ringing before you sit down to eat. It’s technically all-inclusive, but be prepared to either bring euros or come up with creative excuses to avoid paying extra for waffles, cotton candy, kiddie rides, or trampoline time. We’re not a picky family, but staying here was a bit exhausting. If you enjoy constant noise and kids everywhere, this might be your kind of place — otherwise, you may want to think twice.

This resort is great if you have young children. There is really nothing for adults to do. The evening show, pool setup and outdoor activities are all geared to kids. I only stayed for 3 days, but would have been bored if I stayed for a week. There are excursions off the resort and a small town and beach nearby to walk to, but we did those in one day. There is one very noisy buffet restaurant. That's it. Having said that, my son loved it.

Väldigt trevlig personal! Städningen på rummet upplevde jag som bristfällig. Jag brukar inte vara så petig men den här städningen dög inte för mig. Det är väldigt hög ljudvolym i restaurangen pga hur den är byggd. Maten var nog anpassad en hel del till brittisk smak. Fina pooler och badvakter på plats. I stort hade vi en fin semester men skulle inte i först hand boka detta hotell igen.

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of food and drink options to choose from. The only two downsides were the extremely loud atmosphere in the main restaurant, which made meals a bit stressful, and the beach shuttle service. While the shuttle is a thoughtful touch, it only seats six people, so we ended up waiting around 30 minutes both to and from the beach to ensure we got a spot.

We enjoyed it, we found some great areas to entertain our daughter. Wonderful staff and friendly. The condition is not at the top and needs a renovation this winter. However, I strongly recommend it as it has all you need to have fun.

Our son caught hand foot and mouth from the pool. Furious as from reading other reviews he seems like a common problem. Why arent they communicating the issue and resolving it? We would never have let him in the pool with warning

If you are traveling with little kids, this is hotel for you! even if you are a family with older kids, go somewhere else. each family had at least one kid who was less than 4 years old and most of the time more than one kid. There is a lot of cranky kids everywhere. :) I like proximity to the beach, all-inclusive options were good with plenty of healthy options and wide selection. There is only one restaurant where you can get food and it does get packed and noisy. There is also a bar and a pool snack hut which is convenient during the day and to get food in between the meal service. The drinks are very bad - seems like pre-made and a very cheap alternative. stick to wine, sangria and hard liquor. what's strange that the ice-cream at the bar was not part of all-inclusive and had to be paid for. The shows for kids were good but i felt started a bit late, 8:30pm and went past 9. Adult shows went past 10pm. it was impossible to rest because the sound traveled well.
