This authentic house is a jewel of Mallorcan architecture. It is located on a 14,500 m² plot in a very peaceful rural setting. It has a charming gas kitchen, which is very well equipped, spacious and well cared for, ensuring that you have everything you need to enjoy cooking. It has a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. Its four bedrooms are spacious and all have views of the countryside and the garden. They are distributed as follows: one on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom is a double with a double bed. The first floor bedrooms are doubles with single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, both with bathtubs. To complement this, the house has 4 fans that can be distributed throughout the spaces where they are needed.
