The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. "service and welcome was great. But when I checked the 2 suite , mine and my friend one. The bathroom look dirt and old, no hot water and equipment too. The swimming pool isn't clean. The hotel is good but the value between quality and price is bad. Personal and team are great "
