"One of the key points which every hotel has is to provide two bottles of water per day when stayin at hotel. Aston Manado hotel dis not provide any water at all not in bottle and not in the corridor water supply which was all the time empty. I made compalint three times to reception and to waitress at restaurant and written, but with no notice. This gave me the impression that the hotel did not care at all of my staying. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful.
