Its a single independent villa, you will have access to entire place and farm. No other guests will be sharing the place, So you can enjoy the best privacy. The villa has two bedrooms with a hall and kitchen. It's also have a tree hut and Tent both are included in the stay. Children's can enjoy indoor games, swing , Hammock in the garden. An evening drink on courtyard with barbecue and campfire will make your day more memorable . Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook your own meals
The space
​​​it's located in a village also not very far from town, guests can definitely experience a typical Kerala village stay, situated in a 1 acre mixed farm including pepper, coffee, cadbury, rubber and many typical ayurvedic medicinal plants including other spices, vegetables, fruits. The villa is situated by the road side, providing ease of access.

The tree hut and Tent can be experienced along with farm stay, offering you an all in one package.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property including 1 acre of farm and the tree house and Tent for free. Since its a single independent villa, you will be the only guest occupying the entire property and Farm. Host stays in the same farm area around 30-40mts away from this property, So he will be there to help for any assistance at any time.

Host will give you walk around the plantation to introduce Verity of plants.
The seasonal fruits like Passion fruit, jackfruit, Mangos, Cadbury and banana can be handpicked for free of charge with permission of host.
