"It was so very difficult to locate the hotel. The information for the directors was confusing. Even with the photo direction as all the street and the color is almost the same. The entry for the hotel was terrible and look like was still under construction, it was dirty, scary and dark. The hall way and the stairway has no light we could turn on. This was very difficult and dangerous to go up to the third floor where the hotel located. We booked for 4 days and 3 nights, we got notify the widow was broken while we were on the way to the hotel. However they offer a solution that we stayed for one night in this unit and will move us to a different unit next day to the bigger unit and bigger terre. The ocean view was beautiful however the bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding doesn’t feel clean. Both until still not completely finished . Overall I feel that the price we paid was not up to the standard."

"Loris and Lorenzo were very responsive with communications. Loris was absolutely fantastic with any of our needs. She arranged porters for our large luggage, recommended restaurants and made reservations for us; and booked us for a sunset cruise. She was efficient and pleasant. Make sure when making a reservation that you book the property near the pharmacy. They have multiple properties and the other one is far up the hill"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and the small terrace was enticing. Bed was very good especially after climbing up and down Cinque Terre:) Loris was fantastic and very helpful. Check-in was very smooth and she walked me to the room. Getting to the room needed some stair-climbing so keep this in mind. If you don’t mind the climbing, this room provides good value for your money."

"This is THE best place to stay in Manarola. Yes there are stairs and yes low ceilings. However. I’m 6’2” and 62 years old and would stay here again in a minute. We enjoyed pizza and sunset on the rooftop terrace and the ease of access to the town. No steps all the way from parking to the villa (you will appreciate how nice this is once you arrive.) Jo was always responsive and helpful."
