The Stone Bridge crosses over Bull Run near the Manassas Battlefield. During the first major battle of the Civil War, the original bridge was destroyed. However, it was rebuilt and is now a historic landmark with hiking trails through out.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, a great spot to visit any time of the year to witness eagles soaring or other animals and birds of the Virginia countryside.

"We were celebrating my wife's birthday and wanted a unique experience. A Bed and Breakfast in Warrenton was our first choice. The furnishings were very nice and enhanced our stay. "We just came to the area for a concert and needed a one night stay. Prices were really high in DC, but the Best Western Springfield was well priced, with great reviews, and a full breakfast included. I especially liked the platter of hot sauces for the eggs and potatoes, and they have a fantastic coffee machine. I chose a double longdraw espresso. I've never stopped in the mixing bowl area, and i really liked the neighborhood. Lots of international dining options. The area was safe. Though it wasn't pool season, the pool looked nice. I'd definitely stay there again!"
