Reaching the front desk from the room phone was nearly impossible, placed on hold multiple times with no one returning to the line. An overall underwhelming experience, and by far the worst experience I’ve had with an Embassy."

"We love this property for a quick getaway. Rooms are beautiful. We always stay Club Level and the wonderful Shima - who has been there for 30 years (!) - never fails to make our time in the Club Lounge impeccable. All the Club staff are great, but it is Shima who makes us come back with her next-level service. We enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and the spa is lovely as well. Will return time and time again.
