"We enjoyed our stay at the Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were my favorite. The staff was helpful. We had trouble with our refrigerator when we arrived and the staff were able to resolve quickly. We will definitely come back. "

When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "
