"Our door did not lock - the deadbolt wouldn't work. The room smelled of smoke and the bathroom smelled like weed. There was some soap, but no shampoo or body wash. The worst part was the morning. Around 8 am there was a power issue that resulted in the microwave beeping incesently. The lights didn't work either - so showers in the dark. We couldn't be happier to leave!!"

"The room was ok. No towels or wash clothes. Just because you change your room doesn't mean you have to stand where everyone can see you standing there. I paid thousands of dollars at this establishment. This place has people sleeping in the hallways, peeing, smoking weed, In the hallways. This place doesn't have Wi Fi. Coffee that's all they offer. We are paying good money to stay here and you can't even talk to the ladies that clean the rooms because they don't speak any English and the guy at...

"There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy."
