Good value hotel

A lovely family run hotel. We were made to feel very welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. Hotel is within walking distance of all the ancient ruins in Side. It is a budget friendly hotel providing excellent service for the price we paid. Comfortable bed and lovely clean linen. Good breakfast to set you up for the day. We would go there again if we were in the area.

No information before staying that the hotel is building a new hotel next to the hotel. Lot of high noice and dust. Awfull! Something strange with the electric. My charger and other electric equipment got hot and broke. The service mind was low.

Das Personal war eine klare 10/10 – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch die Getränke waren top gemixt und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Beim Essen waren wir leider etwas enttäuscht. Es war insgesamt okay, hat uns aber nicht wirklich umgehauen. Die Croissants waren leider hart und auch die Kuchenbar hat uns geschmacklich nicht besonders überzeugt. Zudem stand auf dem Zettel, dass es von 16:00–16:30 Uhr Kuchen geben sollte. Zu dieser Zeit war allerdings kein Kuchen verfügbar. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt war die Stromversorgung. Während meines Aufenthalts ist in zwei Nächten der Strom ausgefallen. Vermutlich ist anschließend ein Generator angesprungen, da es plötzlich sehr laut wurde. In einer Nacht gab es sogar von ca. 1:00 bis 5:00 Uhr keinen Strom. Dadurch ging auch die Klimaanlage immer wieder unregelmäßig an und aus, was besonders nachts sehr störend war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich solche Stromausfälle, insbesondere über mehrere Stunden während der Nacht, leider nicht angemessen. Hier hätte ich deutlich mehr Komfort und Zuverlässigkeit erwartet.

Insgesamt ein schönes und gepflegtes Erwachsenenhotel mit angenehmer, ruhiger Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich das Essen. Es ist tatsächlich das erste Mal in der Türkei, dass mir das Essen in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel durchgehend so gut geschmeckt hat. Alles war sehr lecker, gut gewürzt und abgeschmeckt und keineswegs typisches Massenessen. Einige Punkte haben mich allerdings gestört: Beim Mittag- und Abendessen ist der Service teilweise zu wenig aufmerksam. Getränke werden selten am Tisch angeboten und auch fehlendes Besteck, Salz, Servietten oder Aschenbecher muss man meist einzeln anfordern. Es wäre schön, wenn das Personal selbst einen Blick dafür hätte und nicht jeder kleine Wunsch separat angesprochen werden müsste. Auch feuchte Erfrischungstücher nach dem Essen fehlen leider. Enttäuschend finde ich außerdem das All-Inclusive-Konzept. Dass man beispielsweise für einen türkischen Kaffee extra bezahlen muss, habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Auch am Strand sind nicht alle Getränke inklusive. Dazu fährt der Shuttle nur zu wenigen festen Zeiten, sodass man zeitlich eingeschränkt ist. Für mich ist das daher eher Vollpension Plus als klassisches All Inclusive. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte kann ich das Hotel insgesamt empfehlen. Die Sauberkeit, die Ruhe und vor allem das wirklich gute Essen haben mich überzeugt. Würde ich wiederkommen? Ja, durchaus.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr genossen. Das Zimmer- und Badezimmer waren angenehm groß, das Bett mit etwa 140 cm für zwei Erwachsene allerdings etwas klein bemessen. Der zum Hotel gehörige Strand ist traumhaft und nicht so voll wie Pool. Das Essen bot regelmäßige Abwechslung und frische Salate. Lediglich das Personal an der Bar war A. zu wenig und B. leider etwas unfreundlich. Allem in allem würde ich das Hotel aber jedem Reisenden uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Tout est neuf, la chambre et l'hôtel sont hyper beau. Cest propre, les femmes de ménage passe tous les jours, les employés sont très sympas. Les repas sont bons et variés (petit moins sur les desserts qui n'étaient pas a notre goût et sur le jus d'orange infect le matin). Grand choix de boissons au cours de la journée et un massage au top.

Bayramın 1.-2. günü kafa dinlemek amacıyla gittim. Not olarak sessiz sakin bir oda istediğimi eklemiştim sağolsunlar ona göre bir oda verdiler. Açıkçası bayram sabahı kahvaltıları benim için önemli o yüzden kahvaltı dahil aldım ki biraz bayramın tadı olsun ama maalesef girerken açık büfe değil koronavirüs önlemleri sebebiyle tabak kahvaltı veriyoruz dediler. Tamam dedim demek ki önlemlere dikkat ediyorlar fakat tek önlem kahvaltı olmuş. Kat hizmeti zaten almadım ama hanımlar maske takmıyordu, kahvaltı servisi yapan beyfendiler de maskesizdi. Odaya girdiğimde de yatak üzerinde, yerlerde ve banyoda saçlar vardı ve örtüler tozluydu. Temizlik konusunda ölmüş böcek sorun değil benim için ama saç gerçekten çok rahatsız ediyor. Bayram sabahı çok insan yoktu o yüzden kahvaltıyı açık büfe yapabilirlerdi. Pişman olduğum tek şey kahvaltı dahil para ödemek oldu. Kibar insanlar teşekkür ederim.

Great hotel but read the description carefully

Important note: air-conditioning is not included in the price, it is additional 5 euro per night. It is written in the description but we have not seen it so we were dissapointed when we arrived. Every room has A/C unit but they only give you remote control if you pay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice: rooms are quite big and have a balcony, everything is perfectly clean. There is a private beach very close to the city center and we have really enjoyed spending time there. The staff was very helpful: they have helped us organise an airport transfer at the last moment.

Odaya girebilmek için yaklaşık 30 dk bekletildik. Rezervasyonumuz da kahvaltı dahil yazılmasına rağmen kahvaltı hizmetinin dahil olmadığı söylendi. Odada yatağı çektiğimde altından bir ton çöp çıktı. Asansör yoktu ve yeterli personel çalışmıyordu; çalışanlar da ilgisiz ve suratları asıktı.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Wir waren ja nur zum Schlafen da, aber es war ein sehr nettes kleines Hotel. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal, nur das Bett war nicht sehr Rücken freundlich.
