One of the best hotels I stayed at for a long time. The staff was simply amazing. Our AirCon broke down and we immediately received a fan and it was fixed the very next day. The in-house restaurant was yummy (food & cocktails) and the hotel was in a great area, right next to Victoria Station and downtown shopping area was just a a few minutes walk away. If we will ever come to Manchester again, we will stay here again.

Brilliant stay here with my teenage son, twin room was beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. Really appreciated close proximity to shopping centre/restaurants. Our first time in Manchester for a concert, we will definitely return to this hotel. Staff super helpful and friendly.
