Welcome to this cosy and beautiful house for 3 people located in Mancor de la Vall. It will make you feel undoubtedly at home.
This lovely house emanates an exceptional charm thanks to the fascinating and beautiful stoned walls inside out the house. You will enjoy not only the beauty of the house but also the peace and nature around. From the terrace, you will live true dreamy moments having breakfast in front of the mountains and the church bell tower.

The two-storey building, has an impressive open concept room -with a wood stove- with the lounge, the dining area and the kitchen, so the space is quite functional: you can cook on the ceramic hob while coming all together to the table or watching satellite TV. There also is a single bedroom on this floor. Going upstairs you find the air-conditioned master bedroom with a shower bathroom and access to the terrace. A washer, iron and ironing board can be found in the house. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

Mancor de la Vall is a lovely, cosy and peaceful village, located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is perfect for hiking or biking excursions, for example to Santa Lucía, Lluc, Ses Fonts Ufanes or the mythical Cuevas de Campanet. You will also find good bars and restaurants, a grocery shop, a pharmacy and a bakery. The little city of Inca, about 5 km away, offers more services and we recommend you visiting the town on Thursday because this is the day of its street market. The northern beaches are about 30 minutes drive away, most of them of fine sand, like the ones in Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort.

It was a perfect place to stay to enjoy and experience the beauty of Mallorca. Felt as a cozy home.

Die Wohnung ist okay, aber für den Preis waren zu viele Dinge defekt oder fehlten. Homerti scheint nichts zu kontrollieren in der Wohnung, und wenn man anruft, spricht niemand Deutsch (für technische Details nötig). Dafür erhält man im Vorfeld dauernd Emails mit Aufforderungen und Drohungen, dass die Reservierung storniert wird, alles muss weit im Vorausbezahlt werden, und dann kommt man hin und das Geschirr ist dreckig und etliches ist defekt. Das passt nicht zusammen: Ordnung von den Gästen fordern und selbst bei der Betreeung der Wohnung nicht akkurat handeln. Die Wohnung selbst hat nur ein Manko: Die Toilette und die Dusche sind offen, d.h. nicht von der Wohnung, die nur aus einem offenen Raum auf 2 Stockwerken besteht, komplett mit einer Mauer abgetrennt. So hört man jedes Toilettenpapierrascheln in der ganzen Wohnung. Wer es mag, okay.

Apartamento limpio, cocina bien equipada y con una decoración muy agradable. Lugar muy tranquilo a solo 25 min de Palma en coche. Sería interesante mencionar más detalles sobre como aparcar en la zona.

Haben den Aufenthalt total genossen! Schön renovierte kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht um sich wohlfühlen. Super Kontakt mit dem Anbieter. Lediglich die Küchenutensilien wurden durch den Vormieter schmutzig hinterlassen und in den Pfannen löste sich die Beschichtung ab. Wenn das künftig besser kontrolliert würde, wäre alles perfekt. Ansonsten wirklich jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Top Ausstattung, schöne Terrasse, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt um die Ecke, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Zum Rennradfahren super geeignet, da direkt am Gebirge, alle Top-Anstiege sind in der Nähe.

Logement dans un environnement calme et paisible ! Néanmoins nous avons dû acheter un pied de parasol car la location n’en avait pas et sur la terrasse l’été, il fait chaud ! Il serait peut être bien d’envisager d’aménager la terrasse avec un plus grand parasol par exemple pour que nous puissions tous en profiter pleinement pendant la période estivale. L’étage est assez intimiste car la douche donne directement sur la terrasse, mais les propriétaires ont pris en compte les autres commentaires et ont ajouté une porte aux toilettes !

Mancor de la Vall ist ein wunderschönes Bergdorf und war für uns ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in verschiedenen Regionen Mallorcas. Für uns war die sehr offene Raumaufteilung kein Problem, man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass nicht viel Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Das Haus ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahrbar, wir haben meist beim Friedhof geparkt und sind die kurze Strecke durch das schöne Dorf spaziert. An sich kein Problem, wir hätten uns aber über Tipps für Parkmöglichkeiten gefreut. Wir haben auch recht lange nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, unseren Müll bei der Abreise wegzubringen, da der angegebene Wertstoffhof nicht immer geöffnet ist. Hier wäre es bestimmt sinnvoll gewesen, rechtzeitig die Augen nach Containerstandorten offen zu halten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und haben besonders die Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick sehr genossen.

I liked: Super Lage, sehr sonnige Dachterrasse und vollkommen ausreichend für 2 Personen. I did not like: Ein Sonnenschirm für die Dachterrasse wäre mehr als angebracht. Sie liegt wunderbar ausgerichtet bereits zum Frühstück in der Sonne. Türen der Einbauküche sollten mal repariert werden.

Urlaub in Ruhe fernab vom Massentourismus Die schlichte und moderne Ausstattung haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Prozedere von der Buchung bis zum Einzug liefen reibungslos. Allerdings ist es für Leute, die sich im Internet und den digitalen Abläufen nicht so zu Hause fühlen, eine sehr hohe Anforderung. Kleinigkeiten müssen mal repariert werden. An sonsten gibt es keine Beanstandungen.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Liegt super zentral im Ort, morgens kann man zu Fuß zum Bäcker gehen und am Platz in der Sonnen den ersten Kaffee trinken. Terrasse mit tollen Ausblick über die Dächer und Berge. Geschirrspüler ging nicht, wurde aber umgehend vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter repariert. Agentur hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Das Haus will einen interessanten Eindruck machen, was aber bei näherem Hinsehen misslingt. Eine Toilette mit Schiebetür, die nicht schließt, hinter dem Bett - das ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und erfordert viel Rücksicht - auch bei sehr vertrautem Umgang der Mieter*innen. Es fehlt ein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse. Das kleine Zimmer unten ist eine schimmelige dunkle Kammer, hier würde ich niemanden unterbringen. Es fehlt eine liebevolle Hand, die dem Haus Wärme gibt...Apropos - zum Kamin war leider kein Holz vorhanden. Der Radiator wärmt nur sich selbst... Ein Wasserkocher wäre sehr hilfreich und Strom sparend. Nur eine Decke im Bett ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Insgesamt: Das Haus würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen, den Ort mit seinen lieben Menschen und der herrlichen Umgebung und Ruhe schon.

Casa muy bonita en un lugar soleado y tranquilo. la casa estaba diseñada muy moderna. Disfrutamos mucho de sentarnos en la terraza cubierta.El aparcamiento no es problema en el cemento a cinco minutos de la casa. Debido a la baja temperatura por la noche, era necesario calentar con aire acondicionado o mejor con la chimenea, que era fácil de usar. Ya había preparado algo de madera, muy amables. Mancor de la Vall es un pueblito pitoresco con gente amable. Desde este lugar pudimos encontrar buenas caminatas. Echamos en falta algún fósforo o mechero para hacer fuego. Podría ser útil tener información sobre dónde conseguir más leña para hacer fuego.

The place is super charming, situated in a village just under the mountains - a perfect getaway if you are into quiet places. I have to mention a few things: 1. You’d have to park the car down at the village and walk up in a steep hill for 5 mins (we didn’t find it that bad) 2. The main door is made of glass, so it felt less private 3. Bathroom and toilet are located upstairs as part of the main bedroom so if you intend to have a guest downstairs it might get tricky

Wat hebben wij genoten van het huisje! We voelden ons meteen thuis, een welkom met fruit, drinken en yoghurt. Het was meteen genieten bij aankomst. Het huis ziet er net zo mooi uit als op de foto’s. Het is brandschoon, fijne slaapruimtes, douche is zalig, en het balkonnetje is fijn om de ochtend te ontbijten. De rust is zalig! Er is van alles in huis, van een koeltas tot afwasmiddel. Locatie was voor ons ook perfect. In het midden van Mallorca, zodat we iedere dag naar een fijn strandje konden. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen!!
